Application Completion:
• Food truck/trailer operators are required to complete an application form.
Contact Information:
• Applicants must provide the contact details of the owner/operator.
Deposit Submission:
• A refundable initial litter/damage deposit fee ($100) is to be submitted along with the application.
Permit Copy:
• Applicants are requested to include a copy of their valid Mobile Food Unit Permits issued by the The Borough of Charleroi . For permit acquisition, contact The Borough of Charleroi at 724-483-6011.
Renewal Process:
• Ahead of the Initial Length of Stay's expiration, extension of the space reservation can be secured by settling additional fees for the subsequent duration (subject to space availability).

Refundable Deposit for Litter and Damage: $100
Weekly Rate: $100 per Week
Monthly Rate: $300 per Month
Please Note:
• The deposit is required alongside your application.
• The full payment for the initial length of stay must be settled at least 14 days prior to your rental's start date.
When is payment due?
• Payment for both the deposit and the chosen length of stay is required upon submission of your application.
What if I don't know when I want to start?
• Incomplete applications, including missing move-in dates and desired length of stay, will not be accepted. Once you have a move-in date confirmed, you are welcome to submit your application.
What if I have different locations I visit throughout the week/month?
• If you have a variable schedule, please inform us about it. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Can I reserve two spaces?
• Each mobile food unit is limited to occupying a single space.
I need to leave before my official end date, how do I arrange to move out early?
• If you need to leave before your designated end date, please get in touch with us. We are understanding and will assist you with the necessary arrangements.
May I change spaces if I do not like where I am located?
• After completing your designated length of stay, you may request a space change. In the event that a currently occupied space becomes available, you can be added to the waiting list for consideration once your paid duration has concluded.
